Refund policy:

Refunds will be issued to self paying patients when tests are not able to be run due to rejection from the laboratory.

Shipping or delivery policy:

Mira Genetix is not responsible for long or damaged specimens in transit. Patients will have the option of recollection at no additional charge. 

Cancellation policy:

Patients can cancel their laboratory testing at any time prior to the test being run.
